This project is aligned with Concordia’s mission for developing and sustaining Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). It is about learning and exchanging artistic expression among people with different cultural backgrounds. For promoting diversity, we will invite people from different ethnic groups, sexual orientations, age groups, kinds of ability and social class; primarily through Concordia student groups like Access Center for Students with Disabilities, African Students Associations of Concordia, Bangladesh Students Association, etc. We will invite student organizations and associations from the university to specific Art Hives – Mondays at Loyola and Tuesdays at SGW campus.

The students will be invited to the Art Hive to introduce them to the space and available materials at a time that is good for their group. If groups are interested, we can make other times available, give them information and support to set up their own Art Hive or bring a pop-up Art Hive to their event. An Art Hive is accessible, inclusive and free for participants. Visit the website at www.arthives.org
