First organized in January 2015, First Voices week brings together organizations throughout the Concordia community to coordinate a week of social, cultural, political and academic events about First Peoples on campus and across Canada. First Voices central goal is to increase Indigenous visibility and presence on campus. This event series will create bridges between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people on the Concordia campus by celebrating Indigenous culture, success, and leadership.
