Cooking X-mas with a Twist cooking class will take the classic side dishes of the upcoming holiday season and help participants see them in a whole new light using local ingredients from the Concordia Farmer’s Market. The class took place on Wednesday November 19th, 2014  from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The class is being organized in part as part of course work for Dr. Satoshi Ikeda’s Political Economy of Food class and students from the class have been invited to attend. Each participant will go home with whatever they don’t eat as well as a jar of homemade cranberry sauce.
