The CEED photo exhibition and speaker series in April aims to be an interactive, engaging event that will allow the Concordia community to:

  1. explore alternatives to the mainstream narrative of Africa being a place of war, poverty, and desperation;
  2. showcase CEED’s socially and environmentally sustainable activities in Gulu, Uganda, and;
  3. demonstrate the power of youth change agents and community building.

We have been working in Gulu, Uganda for over 10 years and we have personally witnessed and encountered the influence that empowered youth can have on their community.

Years funded: 2016-17

Amount allocated: $998.00
