The aim of this project is to teach residents basic nutritional information and cooking skills, and about healthy and affordable dietary options. The members will cook healthy meals in bulk so that they have food for the week. The goal of this project is that this will help improve the overall health of residents and reduce their financial burden by providing inexpensive and healthy food options and cooking skills (bulk cooking is much cheaper than cooking multiple separate meals, could save money on take out, etc).
