"Sustainability in Concordia Food Services"

Zoe’s research is an effort to engage sustainably with the food services offered on the Concordia campus to promote food practices that are healthy while accommodating to nutritional needs and dietary restrictions. A goal is to ensure everyone is welcome, thought of, and represented when searching for a meal on campus while recognizing the benefit in properly balanced nutrition education and proposing a wide variety of food types that take into account carbon footprint and supply.
