The Concordia Student Run Food Groups Research Project consists of an online archive that displays information about the student run food groups at Concordia University.  This project was developed to provide an institutional memory of the student-run food projects – past, present and future – on campus at Concordia University.

The long-term goal of this project is to facilitate the development of a completely sustainable, closed loop,cooperative, student-run, food system at Concordia University. Additionally, we would like to encourage Concordia students to make healthy, socially responsible food choices on campus by participating with the student-run food organizations on campus that are filling this need.
