The goal of this project is to design, manufacture, test, and validate a motor controller. A motor controller is a complicated power electrical engineering system. There currently exists some solutions on the market but their designs are kept a trademark secret from the manufactures. This does not enable easy expansions nor modifications, which often makes it hard to integrate into a project, being an obstacle to design around.
While building this motor we will create proper documentation and open source everything, including the technical designs. Our main objective is to enable engineers (including students) around the world to be able to incorporate these designs in their project.
