Compost Club Concordia plans to organize and host two composting events where Concordia students will be invited to attend composting workshops. These free and educational workshops will allow students to learn the scientific process behind composting, the different composting methods that exist, and the benefits of local, small-scale composting. Afterwards, students will learn how to assemble an at-home vermicompost system and can sign up to receive a free composting kit to help them begin their own at-home composting initiative. The composting kits will be distributed at school if the workshops are held in person or online.
